The CPPA Survey Series Application 
The survey series is primarily targeting protective parents who have been attempting to protect a child from the other parent who is abusive or dangerous, and have been engaged in the family court system where child custody decisions are being considered. 

To be eligible for this application, there is a current or past family court case (making child custody decisions) that involve one parent trying to protect at least one child from the other parent, who is abusive and dangerous. I understand that by submitting this application, produced by California Protective Parents Association (CPPA), I am applying to receive a Unique Identifying Code so that I may participate in CPPA surveys, that involve collecting data about the systemic response to child protection in the context of child custody cases.  I acknowledge that my participation in any CPPA survey is volunteer and that there is no compensation for my participation.
