Please complete this form if interested in being considered as a craft vendor at the Arden Fair. DEADLINE IS MAY 1ST. Applications will be promptly reviewed and decisions communicated by June 1st.  If accepted, you will be provided instructions on remittance (which must be received by June 15th).

EXHIBITOR RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Merchandise must be handcrafted by the exhibitor.
2. Spaces and location will be allocated by the Arden Fair Committee.  Notification of location will be provided in July.
3. Grounds open at 7 am.  Transport vehicles must be removed from the grounds by 9 am.
4. The Arden Club will furnish advertising, publicity, and promotion.
5. Rental for one space is $55 for non-members of the Arden Club, $45 for members who have been members for at least 6 months prior to the Fair.  10% of all exhibitors gross sales must be paid to the Arden Club at the close of the Fair.
6. The Trustees of Arden, the Arden Club, and the Committee for the Arden Fair will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by fire, theft, or accident.
7. No Exhibitor is to leave the grounds before 6 pm.
8. Exhibitors are encouraged to demonstrate their crafts.
9. There will be coffee available before 10 am in the Lower Gild Hall
