HSK 2024 Registration Form
考生须知
  1. 考生凭本人准考证及身份证/护照进入考场，其他证件一律不得进入考场。
  2. 考生自带 2B 铅笔、橡皮，与考试无关的用品（如书包、课本等）一律不准带入考场。
  3. 考试开始，迟到的考生不准进入考场，并不得要求下次补考。
  4. 完成报名后，报名费一律不退还、不转让及不更换考试等级。 报名一旦截止，考生无法更换考试时间及要求延考。
  5. 新加坡科思达HSK中文学习测试中心保留更改考试时间及地点的权利（各个等级的考生报名须达到一定人数才会开考）。
  6. 所提供之身份证件，仅供科思达HSK中文学习测试中心确认身份使用。
  7. 收到付款二维码邮件并完成付费后，请电邮附上1张护照尺寸照片(HSK3级及以上) 、护照复印件(外籍考生) / 身份证复印件(新加坡公民/永久居民)。
  8. 如未提供身份证件供考试报名确认，仅填写报名表资料者，如因资料填写有误而影响成绩单的资料，由考生自行负责。
Examination Information
  1. Candidates must bring their Identification Cards/Passports, and Admission ticket on the day of examination for verification at exam hall entrance, failing which candidates will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
  2. Candidates are to bring their own 2B pencils and erasers. All unauthorized materials (e.g. Books, Bags, etc) are not to be brought into the examination hall.
  3. Candidates who are late will not be allowed to sit for the examination once the examination has started and will not be allowed to postpone the examination or any replacement examination.
  4. All fees paid are non-refundable nor transferable. No change of examination level is allowed once payment is made. No postponement is allowed after the close of the registration period.
  5. Crestar HSK Education and Assessment Centre reserves the right to change the exam venue and time (The examination will commence only if the minimum required number of candidates is reached).
  6. Identification Card/Passport provided for Crestar HSK Education and Assessment Centre to confirm candidates’ identity.
  7. Please attach 1 passport size photo (for candidate taking HSK Level 3, 4, 5, 6 or oral test only) & a duplicate copy of IC (for Singaporean/Singapore PR) / passport (for others) once received the payment QR email.
  8. Candidates need to confirm that the information provided or stated in the registration form is correct. Candidates will have to bear the responsibility if any wrong information affect the results of the examination.
