ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Definitions

“VR Gaming Hub Ltd.” means its subsidiaries, agents, owners, officers, directors, representatives, assigns, affiliates, participants, employees, insurers, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, on or off the Premises,

“Participant” means the person who is participating in Virtual Reality Gaming; and

“Virtual Reality” means any facilities, equipment, devices, software, content, or other physical or digital means through which virtual reality gaming is provided by the Releasees.
