Please complete and submit this form to sign up in advance for a 3 class mini-series starting November 30. All classes meet once a week on Tuesdays at House of Gaia, 1660 Trade Center Way #1, Naples.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bare feet. Optional Belly Dance hip scarves are available for purchase in class ($10-15, cash only). Hula students may wish to bring a sarong to tie around their hips. We request you remove your shoes outside the door and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival to help us keep the center clean.

A copy of your registration form will be sent to you following submission; then all you need to do is show up for your class(es) with your cash payment or follow the link to pre-pay with PayPal.
