捐贈 / 募捐額達HK$10,000以上，可獲金獎嘉許狀；
捐贈 / 募捐額達HK$5,000-HK$9,999，可獲銀獎嘉許狀；
捐贈 / 募捐額達HK$500-HK$4,999，可獲銅獎嘉許狀；
捐款HK$100或以上可憑正式收據享有稅務寬減。

2. 銀行存款 Bank In Donation

請附上銀行入數紙之正本及捐款金額
