Menu: Egg Curry, Paneer Bhurji and Lemon Rice
Ingredients: 
Egg curry: cooked with diced tomatoes, chopped onions, Garam masala and hard boiled eggs
Paneer Bhurji: Mixed vegetables and paneer cooked with onions and spices.
Lemon Rice: Basmati Rice cooked with turmeric powder, chana dal and mustard seeds.
