Thanks for showing interest in the Town of Islips Pickleball Tournament on MAY 18th/19th

Please READ all the following.
You will need to sign up with the Town of Islip as well and this is how you PAY
$40 residents / $50 non residents

For this sheet, please pick the NEXT open spot in sequential order.
Ex: Spot 1,2,3 are missing.. That means you pick SPOT 4
The tournament format:
Pool play then the top 2 will advance to playoffs.
You will be guaranteed 4 games.
Start times are. 8am or 1pm
You should be there 45 minutes prior to start to check in ! If you can not guarantee this, please do not sign up.
Location:
TBD either Sayville or Casemento (depending if construction is done). You will know closer to the date.
If you are playing more than 1 tournament - please fill out the sheet multiple times !
WAITLIST is important
Please sign up. If you are on the waitlist do not pay until i reach out to you. I need multiples of 5 on waitlist to open an extra court if there is room.
