Riverside Family Pulse
This survey is to help the Riverside School system better meet the needs of students and families. This will help us grow into this new way of supporting you. It will allow us to see if there are patterns indicating we need to make adjustments to our plans.

The data will be run weekly to check for emerging patterns and to communicate with the staff that will utilize the information to make improvements to our plans.

We also want to know about the GOOD things that are happening during this time. There is a question at the end for sharing your successes. Please let us know about any successes your children or family may have had academically or otherwise so that it can be shared with our Riverside communities.

The ONLY required question is the email address. All other questions are optional. This survey will serve as real-time data for us to make adjustments and to ask clarifying questions should that be necessary.

This survey will remain open through the middle of May.

You will be asked for a valid email address so we can follow up if we have questions we would like clarified or if we need to reach out to provide assistance to your family.
