Siracusa Municipality, in collaboration with ASP 8 Siracusa and with LaSER Srl Company, is conducting a research to evaluate the problems faced by foreign guests of reception centres (CAS and SPRAR) on the territory in the access to healthcare services, their level of satisfaction for healthcare services they are aware of and the attitude towards the present COVID-19 pandemic.

We ask you to fill in this brief 10 minutes’ questionnaire to tell us your experience and your opinion. There are no right or wrong answers. The information you provide will remain anonymous; we won’t ask neither your name nor personal data that could identify you.

In compliance with privacy rule, it won’t be possible to trace your identity. The data will be treated only for the purpose of the research, in order to improve the quality of healthcare services offered to the foreign population.

City of Siracusa is the owner of the data treatment. LaSER Srl is the manager of the data treatment.
