We are so excited for WTV 2024! Tech Remixed aims to be the world’s largest and most inclusive wearables hackathon and tech skills training held virtually and hosted by Wearable Tech Ventures (501c3). If you're interested in joining our organizing team and/or partners platform this year, you're in the right place!

As a non-profit based in Baltimore, MD, Wearable Tech Ventures (WTV) is dedicated to creating opportunities for under-represented technologists, artists, creatives, researchers, scientists, gamers, doctors and designers to explore the wearable tech industry.
WTV has created an Online Hackathon for the wearables industry to inspire and facilitate a new generation of wearables.

The Wearables Hackathon is designed to support innovation in 5 specific verticals: AI, FashTech, MedTech, Sports Tech, 3D World Building & Gaming, & Ethics as well as inspire impromptu funding for one-off ideas in other industries.
Tech Remixed will take place once in 2024  via a hybrid experience during the week of July 22-26, 2024 with registration for the event opening March 8, 2024 on the www.WearableTechVentures.org site.

A hackathon is best described as an “invention marathon”. Anyone who has an interest in technology attends a hackathon to learn, build & share their creations over the course of a week(end) in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. You don’t have to be a programmer and you certainly don’t have to be majoring in Computer Science.
