Lake Biltmore Block Watch Shred-A-Thon and BBQ Volunteer Sign Up
This is the sign-up form for community volunteers to sign up to assist the LBBW with the Shred-A-Thon and BBQ planned for Saturday, April 16 from 8am-1pm.
We need 1 person to assist with organizing the volunteers and shifts.
We need 1 person to coordinate the execution of the BBQ with UMC.
We need 4 people per shift to assist with unloading boxes from people's cars and collecting money.
Shifts: 7a-9a, 9a-11a, 11a-130p (12 people total)
We need 2 people per shift to assist with traffic control and roving between Shred-A-Thon and BBQ (Same parking lot):  
Shifts: 7a-9a, 9a-11a, 11a-130p (6 people total)
We need 4 people to assist with BBQ, money collection, cleaning tables as people eat, etc.
Shifts: 7a-9a, 9a-11a, 11a-130p (12 people total)

The week before the meeting I will send an email confirming the volunteer schedule.
