The Farm collects information on job candidates to enhance our understanding of the demographics and characteristics of our workforce. We use this data to determine our equality and inclusion priorities which ensure that we are collectively, and proactively working towards a future where our service users, staffing team and decision makers are celebrated for their diversity.  

We will monitor our progress against key targets or milestones every year and compile it into an Annual Review. We share this internally with our people, and externally with partners, funders and the wider community. This will be available on our website or by emailing office@swcityfarm.co.uk.
