DrawIT dinner party sign up 
For the last 15 years DrawIT has held game nights every Wednesday to much rejoice. That is something we want to celebrate with a (late) 15 years celebration dinner party! 

Only a limited amount of people can attend. We will randomize who gets a ticket for all who sign up in the first half hour, if there is still room for more people who signed up after gets a ticket in order. Members of DrawIT are given priority. (If you haven't joined after new years eve you aren't a member!)

You will receive an email if you get a ticket to the dinner party. We will send the first tickets after the initial half an hour has passed, after that we will send out emails sporadically. In the email there will be payment information. If you have not paid in the allotted time your ticket will be passed on to someone else. 
Make sure to check your junk mail!

Please tell us as soon as possible if you can not attend the dinner party!

TLDR; Your collected data will be stored until 2024-02-25. Anonymized statistics will also be collected from your answers, stored indefinitely, and may also be publicized.

The Software Engineering Student Division (IT) will store the data collected in this form in conjunction with anniversary dinner at 2024-01-24. The data will only be accessed by the boardmembers of DrawIT and toastmasters and will be deleted not later than 2024-02-25.

Anonymized statistics will also be collected from your answers, stored indefinitely, and may also be publicized.

Your name and email will be collected in order for the organizers to identify you and contact you regarding matters related to the event.
The food preferences will be used for the dinner.

You have the right to retrieve and delete your personal data collected by IT, and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) if you are dissatisfied with the management of your data.
