Charism Registration Form

Mission statement: Charism Camp is a Christ centered gathering dedicated to supporting youth in their unfolding sense of identity sponsored by New Association of Friends, Western Yearly Meeting and Wilmington Yearly Meeting.

The Camp will take place at Quaker Knoll outside Wilmington, Ohio, from around noon on June 28 until after lunch on June 30. There is a suggested price of $100 for the camp but pricing is pay-as-led and there are scholarships available (contact your Yearly Meeting Office for more info).

What to bring: sleeping bag or (twin size) sheets, pillow, shower supplies (if applicable), swim suit (please be appropriate), towel, extra clothing, and notebook or coloring supplies for cabin time if you wish. Plan for hot days and cool nights. Campers will be housed by their stated gender.

A week before your camp, you will receive an email from your camp director with additional details.

Note: Cancellations receive a full refund if the Yearly Meeting Office is notified one week in advance of camp. Otherwise, the registration fee will be kept. All camp fees must be paid in full by check-in time. We encourage families and Monthly Meetings to pay fees at least one week prior to camp. The camp picture and t-shirt are included in the cost of registration. Quaker Knoll is 7 miles southwest of Wilmington, OH, off State Route 730 by Cowan Lake. The address is 675 Sprague Rd, Wilmington, OH 45177. Emergency calls may be placed to the camp directors at 989 – 307 – 9847
