Digital Mentoring is an Erasmus plus project that was approved by the Romanian NA (2022-2-RO01-KA220-YOU-000092292) and coordinated by

GOAL
Over a period of 19 months, 3 partner organizations, from Romania, Spain and Greece, will cooperate to increase the importance of quality mentoring with well-defined benchmarks and standards, aiming to maintain effective balance between voluntary commitment and the process of emotional support and monitoring of experiential learning, based on 6 learning events for 111 youth workers, by developing a mentoring digital platform, mainly targeting young people with fewer opportunities.
OBJECTIVES
=>Enriching the traditional mentoring by enlarging the learning assistance strategies in international volunteering projects, with a new digital approach of the METODOTECA's content, based on the creative work of 24 ESC experts from the DM partners organizations and having the contribution of 45 professional youth workers for the validation.
=>Increasing the mentoring' quality services targeting few opportunities ESC volunteers with minimum 6 fit tailored mentoring designs that will be part of the DM platform, based on the creative work of 18 ESC inclusion experts from the DM partners organizations and having the contribution for the validation of 24 professional youth workers.
RESULTS
=> One Digital platform based on the Metodoteca contents with minimum 12 videos and 12 digital games(evaluating, reflecting and learning how to learn)
=>Minimum 6 Mentoring Designs targeting different kind of volunteers’ profiles with few opportunities as guide for new mentors, using the platform interactive parts
Learning Outcomes
The participants to the 2 seminars, TC and online cooperation session will gain new competencies in:
=> digital transfer and gamification of intercultural mentoring methods from Metodoteca
=> understanding and creating an inclusive mentoring approach with an intercultural perspective
=> communication and cooperation in intercultural environment in the field of youth work in a European context
=> managing and Synthesizing concepts related to mentoring in an intercultural context
=> understanding to Developing strategies to promote the values of mentoring in the European community of organizations involved / interested in ESC
DM events/ mobilities:
=> SEMINAR 1- Greece- 24 participants in 6 days will have to plann of the online cooperation#1 building the digital platform's development
=> SEMINAR 2- Spain 18 participants in 5 days will have to develop the online cooperation #3 strategyc plan to create min 6 few opportunities mentoring designs;
=> online cooperation #1& #2 & #3 - working for the DM results Digital platform & Mentoring Designs targeting different kind of volunteers’ profiles with few opportunities
=> online seminar #1 - feed back about the platform' contents and functionalities
