Thursday, August 27th at 7:00 pm Newfoundland Time
As we near the conclusion of our first residencies with the inaugural FARR Program, we are delighted to host a Community Conversation between Tangiene Martin-O’Hara & Evelyn Roitner, facilitated by artist D’Arcy Wilson. This is a moment to both listen to the experiences of our artists, and share your own insights in an open dialogue with others.
This FREE event is hosted through Zoom and remotely accessible. Pre-registration required!
While this method of Zoom/Event access does not make you obligated to attend the event, it does give us permission to send you a link to the event prior to the start time.
This event is free and open to everyone! If you have never attended an event with Eastern Edge before, we encourage you to partake and make new friends! If there are any barriers to access this event, please email us at
gallery@easternedge.ca so we can investigate how to resolve the issue.
[Visual accessibility: The image here features side by side artworks from Artists Tangiene Martin O'Hara and Evelyn Roitner. The left image is Tangiene's; a colourful depiction of her beloved friend Anna going through the moments of cold water swimming. In the image you can see Anna on the ice before she gets in the water, in the water, and then resting on the ground afterwards. The right image is Evelyn's; a colourful landscape painting that displays hills, greenery, power lines and a sign that reads, "The Village," against a sunset.]
