Terms of Agreement (All Participants Must Read And Electronically Sign The Terms of agreement): IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in the 2021 Black Hills Photo Shootout: Virtual Edition - I, for myself, my personal representative, assigns, heirs, and next of kin: 1) Give my permission to J Grammond Photography and Black Hills Photo Shootout to use my name and any photographs, video, film, recordings, evaluations or any other record of my participation in the Black Hills Photo Shootout for any promotional purposes without obligation or liability to me. 2) Agree not to sell, re-record, share, or otherwise distribute the recorded sessions from this event; and they are for my personal use only as a registered participant of this event. 3) understand that my likeness, and or name may be recorded as part of the Zoom recording, and approve of such recording. 4) understand that every effort will be made to record each session, and that there could potentially be technology problems that make this not possible; and that any and all recordings are an added benefit to my registration. 5) Agree that any technical difficulties on my end will not result in any refund of fees, and that I will have access to any recorded sessions after the event once released. 6) Agree that this Terms of Agreement shall be valid for and apply to all activities and events connected with the Black Hills Photo Shootout through the event, and during the following year in which my signature is dated below. *
