Fall 2024 Wedding & Events Expo (Please read all regulations carefully)


LOCATION: Goodell Gardens and Homestead, 221 Waterford Street (Rte 6N), Edinboro, PA, 16412 

DATE AND TIME

Sunday, October 13th 3-6pm

DAY OF SCHEDULE: 

Vendors arrival 1-2:30pm

No vehicles on the lawns after 2:30 pm 

Expo Open 3-6pm

Clear out by 7pm

Vending fees must be received to confirm a vending space. Approved vendors will receive an invoice for their booth fee via email to pay online or via check (make checks payable to Goodell Gardens & Homestead and mail to PO Box 156, Edinboro, PA 16412), call (814) 734-6699 to make a payment over the phone. 

SPACES: 10’ x 10’. Limited Vending Spaces will be under cover (premium fee for these), and Goodell will provide you with one (1) 6’ table and two folding chairs for covered spaces only. If you prefer to provide your own tables/chairs/etc., please let us know. If you do not sign up for a covered space, you will be responsible for providing your own table/tent/chair(s). We also do not provide linens.

PRODUCTS/SERVICES: Preference will be given to Wedding and Event Pros with a proven track-record and existing relationship with Goodell Gardens. Absolutely no weapons or items of a political nature allowed. This is a family-friendly event, and items for sale/display should be family friendly. Vendors selling food items must be licensed by the Erie County Department of Health and provide a copy of that license upon request. Please contact us via brit@goodellgardens.org for questions or further details. In order to maintain the level of integrity expected by our customers, we will offer space to a limited number of vendors, and this is an application to apply. You are not guaranteed a spot to vend just because you applied. You will be notified by email if you’ve been accepted into the show. Vendors who are accepted will receive an invoice for their booth fees via email to pay online or via check. Booth fee must be paid to confirm your spot. Booths that have not paid 2 weeks before the show will be canceled. 

Day of Vendor Set-up is from 1-2:30 pm. The gates at the Gardens will not be opened until 11 am. Limited set-up will be permitted between the hours of 11 am and 1 pm on Sunday, October 13, with PRIOR approval only. Goodell Gardens is not responsible for items left overnight. If you require alternate set-up times, please contact us no later than October 1, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within reason. Vendors will be required to move their vehicles to a designated vendor parking area after they have finished their set up the day of the event. Take-down will begin at 6 pm, after the event has closed. All vendor take-down must be completed directly after the event. Vendors will not be permitted to move their vehicles to the exhibition area until 6 pm. All vendors will be responsible for cleanup of their area, and must vacate the area by 7 pm

SHOW FEE: See below for space fees. Reduced fees are offered to members of Goodell Gardens.

NEW Welcome Bag ONLY option: Vendors who are not able to be onsite for the event can choose to advertise with a flier, coupon or small merchandise into the “Welcome Bags” for a small fee. Items due to our offices by October 1st. Quantity up to 100.

There is an additional fee for electric hookup. Limited availability.

CANCELLATIONS/ RAIN: Please no last minute cancellations other than for emergencies. Rain does not cancel this event. Vendors canceling less than two weeks in advance will not receive a refund of their booth fee. 

EARLY CLEANUP: We encourage vendors to stay the entire duration of the expo. Cleaning up early and vacating the booth area early may lead to future application regrets.
