2022-23 Family Faith Formation Registration
Welcome to Family Faith Formation at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church!  We are so excited to partner with you and your family as you grow toward a closer relationship with Jesus and a deeper knowledge of our faith!  This form is to register for the 2022-23 year.  It is a 2-part registration process and requires a Family Meeting with the Director of Family Faith Formation, Roselynn Pucan-Meagor, to complete.  

Faith Formation sessions are offered on Sunday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. Further information regarding the format and schedule will be forthcoming in the family meeting and the parent orientations.  Sessions begin with a Parent Information meeting in mid-September.
