Hi everyone; this form is for society members to submit any concerns or feedback on the running of the Music Society.

We are open to any suggestions of ways we can make the Music Society more inclusive and accessible. This form is brought forward by the President, Health and Wellbeing Offier, and Equality and Divertsity Officer.
