M&M Sports Youth Basketball League

For over 20 years M&M Sports has offered a basketball league that is designed to help players build self confidence in the sport of basketball. Each week players will practice for one hour honing their basketball skills. This will be followed by live action game play. All practice and games will be at Ralston Middle School

There are risks connected with my participation in this camp and its related activities. I hereby absolve the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters and Randy Metheany from all Liability that may arise as the result of my participation in the above activities, and in the event that the above named participant is a minor, hereby give my permission for his/her participation as indicated and in so doing, absolve the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters and Randy Metheany from such liability. This release is intended to discharge in advance the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters and Randy Metheany from and against any and all in said activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, John Masters and Randy Metheany.
