Weekly free coaching session for tech leaders
Every week I do a free coaching session with whomever submits the best question.  All I ask is that you are okay with me publishing an article about the question (protecting privacy of course).

This session is for you: So it should be related to what you as a leader are working on and struggling with or something you're curious about which you'll need (not general gyan types).

Here are some of the high-level topics which I coach on, but anything under the ambit of a CTO/CPO/VP Engineering is fine.
- Technical strategy
- High-level architecture decisions
- Leadership hiring / development
- Org design
- Process design
- Retention, compensation, incentivization, etc

Question / topic *
Do:
- Ask a direct simple question at the top
- Provide a lot of detail into the problem
- Tell me what you've tried and who you've read / spoken to
- Specify what you hope to get out of the session.

Don't:
- Give a short, vague question with no background
- Think your question is dumb
- Provide any confidential information which could get you in trouble.

Examples:
- I'm in charge of a team I inherited and compensation is all over the map.  How should I address this?
- I've got multiple teams under me after a re-org and one team seems to be in the middle of everyone else's work.  As a result, everyone is always blaming them for missed deadlines.  How can I get out of this mess?
- We keep churning out new features to improve activation but while local A/B tests seem to show results, overall numbers are stagnant.  What questions should I be asking?
