RYLA in District 9800 is open to young people aged 18 to 25.

Please note that although this is an online program, we can only accept applications from people who live, work or study within our Rotary District. District 9800 includes most of Melbourne and Central Victoria. It is the area in Victoria surrounded by and including the shires of and cities or part thereof of Bayside, Boroondara, Brimbank, Campaspe, Glen Eira, Greater Bendigo, Hepburn, Hobsons Bay, Hume, Macedon Ranges, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Melton, Monash, Moonee Valley, Moorabool, Moreland, Mount Alexander, Port Phillip, Stonnington, Wyndham and Yarra, plus that part of the Murray Shire within a twenty-kilometre radius of the Echuca post office.

This application form includes questions about your contact details, how you found out about the RYLA program, your interests, your leadership journey so far and your current connections to Rotary.
We collect these details to assess your eligibility for District 9800's RYLA program as well as to help our leadership team get to know you in preparation for the programs delivery.

Costs:
The cost of this program is subsidised by Rotary sponsorship. The cost for the candidate will be $50 with the remaining $100 being paid by the sponsoring Rotary Club. If the candidate is experiencing financial hardship whereby $50 will be a barrier, the candidate's sponsoring Rotary club may pay this on the candidate’s behalf.
Once your application has been processed, if you are deemed eligible, you will receive an invoice for $50.
