January 2021 Chromebook Request : Jean Little
Please complete the following Chromebook Request Form only if you require a UGDSB device at home. We will be prioritizing one device per family to start in January.  Additional devices will be made available after we have ensured that every family that needs one has one.

Devices will be available for pick up at the will be on the following dates:

Thursday Dec 31 - 8am to 12pm
Sunday Jan 3 - 10am to12pm

Please fill out the form below and show up on your preferred date.  Just call the school when you arrive at the school.  We will have the chrome book ready to go.
