Join us for the third edition of the Kappa Psi Student/Resident Poster Session at the 61st Grand Council Convention! The poster session provides the opportunity for both students and residents to showcase their involvement with chapter projects, philanthropy events, advocacy activities, clinical research, and more!
All poster presentations will be assigned a graduate mentor who will provide feedback during the session. Outstanding poster presentations will be recognized in multiple categories.
Important Dates:
- May 31 - Initial poster interest deadline
- June 7 - Notification of accepted posters
- July 1 - Final poster submission materials, including abstract summary, due
- July 25 (evening) - 61st GCC Student/Resident Poster Session
Presenter Expectations:
- Complete this initial interest form and submit final materials by specified deadlines
- If multiple individuals participated in a project, only 1 submission needs to be completed. The person completing the submission form will serve as the primary contact person for all communications related to the session and will be responsible for accuracy of information and submission of all poster materials.
- Presenters must be present at their poster during the entirety of the session. For posters with more than 1 author/presenter, at least 1 person must be present during the session.
- Be prepared to provide a summary of their project and answer questions
