Thank you so much for joining us on Steam Next Fest! If you are having technical troubles, we give our deepest apologies. We kindly ask that you help us troubleshoot by giving us your technical information. We're committed to polishing Sky PC as much as we can before our official launch.

To find your PC technical aspects, you can do so by pulling up your DXDIAG. The DXDIAG can be found :

- Hit the windows key + R together

- In the run command, type in DXDIAG and hit enter

- You can alternatively type in DXDIAG and hit enter under the start menu depending on your OS

What is your memory/RAM? Eg: 32768 MBRAM *

What is your GPU/Video Card? This is on the 'Display' tab in the DXDIAG. Eg: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070

Note - If you are having graphical issues, you will want to ensure you are on the latest driver update
