Each quilt is custom designed by myself. I will take all your requests into consideration and try to accommodate all requests to the greatest extent possible. By agreeing to allow me to create your custom memory quilt, you are giving me full creative freedom to design and create your quilt. All sales are FINAL, and all deposits are non-refundable. Do you agree? *
All T-Shirts should be mailed to me at the expense of the customer. I will try to include all logos from each shirt unless otherwise noted. Each quilt requires a 6-8 week turnaround time. The turnaround time period begins when I recieve your T-Shirts in the mail, and when the deposit is paid. By checking the box below you are agreeing to this.   *
