CONFIRMATION OF VOLUNTEERS PACKAGE:
• Cash contribution towards accommodation/ travel (judges £25 per day, general volunteers £10 per day)

• Unlimited Refreshments (water, tea and coffee)
• 2x meals and snacks throughout the day
• 2x t-shirts for the weekend

ROLES OVERVIEW
JUDGE
Previous experience and exposure preferred, however not essential as there will be full movement briefings and support throughout the weekend.

SiDDER – REGISTRATION/HOSPITALITY
Previous experience not essential
Looking for approachable helpful individuals to assist with the registration process for athletes and spectators, helping with questions and queries as well as stewarding the competition arena.

SiDDER- SCORECARD RUNNER
Previous experience not essential
Looking for approachable helpful individuals to collect scorecards at the end of each heat, ensuring these get to the scorers promptly.

FLOOR MANAGEMENT
Experience preferable yet not essential
These individuals will be essential during the equipment setup and changeovers between workouts over the weekend. You will need the ability to work quickly, following direction from the team lead and competition director.

ATHLETE SUPPORT
Experience preferable yet not essential
These individuals will be essential during the changeover of athletes between heat times, ensuring that all competitors are aware of their heats and in the right place at the right time. You will need the ability to work quickly, following direction from the team lead.
