Join us in our next workshop as Sarah Ingram, certified Aromatherapist and owner of eSCENTials Aroma, leads us in a class that includes a brief history of aromatherapy and a discussion on what essential oils are best for reducing stress and encouraging relaxation.

We will then create our own "Stress Less" roll-on to bring home!

Light refreshments will be served as well. Bring your friends for an educational and fun night out!
