Details Boutique is looking for a friendly, fashion-loving Sales Associate to join our team! As a Details Sales Associate you will act as a stylist and personal shopper for our customers by learning who they are, sharing the latest fashion trends, and helping our guests create looks they'll love. This position is flexible, and can range from 6-20 hours per week (based on applicants' availability), with pay based on experience. Revive Salt Room & Spa, located next door to Details Boutique.
Hours:
Our team currently has an opening for someone who is available to work every Friday (10am-4pm). Additional hours may be available if the candidate is interested. Reduced (or increased) hours over summer break may also be an option depending on the candidate's availability and interest.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, and ability to connect and communicate well with customers and team members.
- Exceptional customer service, and enthusiasm for serving others.
- Attention to detail, and ability to ensure a quality shopping experience by maintaining store’s overall aesthetic by straightening displays, sizing, and steaming merchandise.
- Comfortable with the use of technology and knowledge of (or willingness to learn) our POS system (currently Shopify on an iPad).
- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
