Thank you for signing up your child for our Spring Junior Golf Academy at Genesis Golf. We work hard to create natural pairings of kids with similar experience, objectives and age.  Just like signing up your child for a recreational sport within your local school district, we too handle it the same way.

This form allows us to know when you ARE NOT available, so that we can put the emphasis on the right fit for your child versus the most preferred time for your family.  After receiving this form, we will pair up your child with others, and will notify you of the groupings and proposed class time. If it works, we will then email and/or text  an electronic invoice to pay remotely. The Student Waiver form can be filled out the first night of class.
