This program is for paddlers looking to train and race at a competitive level.   Paddlers joining this program are expected to prioritize training sessions with their teammates and have accountability to each other and the coaches to attend practice and work towards being their best on and off the water.   Paddlers joining the competitive program understand that there is an expectation that they are committing to racing with their team.  Paddlers unable to commit to the team for racing are encouraged to join the Meridian program.
