Thank you for your interest in the Madrone Trail Sprouts Preschool Program.  To be considered for the program please fill out the form below.  Our program manager will reach out to you with further details on the application and enrollment process for the program.  Sprouts students join our Kindergarten classes in a Mixed Age group environment.

Acceptance into the Sprouts Preschool Program DOES NOT ensure enrollment in Kindergarten.

The following questions are required to determine eligibility for the Sprout Program.  
If you answer NO to any of the following questions, your student is not currently eligible for this program.
Will your child be 4 years old by June 1st?  *
Is your child potty trained? *
Is your child able to be away from parent(s) for at least four hours at a time? *
Please confirm that you understand enrollment into the Sprout Program does not guarantee a spot in Kindergarten. *

If not currently eligible, would you like to be waitlisted for next year?  Please note, this program offers a 1 year wait list option. The child must meet the criteria for the following year to be waitlisted. *

Sprouts Preschool Program Process:
1.   Meet criteria to be eligible for application process and submit the Sprouts Program Interest Form.
2.  Applications will be sent out to all interested families that have submitted the form in the Spring (the week before Spring Break).
3.  Applications can be submitted to the front office after we return from Spring Break with the $25 application fee
4.  Applications will be reviewed as they are received, by the Kindergarten Teachers.
4.  Teachers will set up interviews with child/parent or guardian, that may include multiple families
5.  Families will receive a letter with Acceptance Status: Eligible or Not Eligible
6.  Further Action is Required to submit the completed Enrollment Tuition Agreement, and other school required documents along with the $150 supply fee -- minus $25 application fee.  This reserves your child's space in the program.
7.  Kindergarten Teachers will assign Sprouts to a class closer to the beginning of the new school year.

Other Sprouts Program Details:
-  12 Sprout Spaces available each year (6 spaces in each Kinder class)
-  Program Hours:  Monday through Thursday 8:30a - 12:30p 
-  $5200 Tuition per year for Sept - June **if paid in full by the first day of school a 5% discount will be applied OR
-  $5200 Tuition per year, paid MONTHLY for Sept - June due by the 5th of every month
**After Care is not included in the Tuition cost.
Sprouts Program After Care:
-  After Care Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 12:30-3:15p 
-  $25 per day, billed at the end of each month
-  Pre-enrollment is required.  -- Only 3 After Care Sprout spots available
