Louisville 2020 Booth Application
We welcome ALL Makers & Mystics. Bitchcraft Fair provides a local platform for women in creative and/or spiritual small businesses & while most exhibitors do identify as female/non-binary, no one is excluded on the basis of gender. Please see our website's mission page for clarity.

Early initiation - by invite only - ends on January 1 2020, at which point booths are open to all. Application & payment link will disappear into the void when we are full. Spaces will go quickly! You can pay for your booth immediately after submitting an application, OR you can come back within 14 days to pay. We will hold your booth for those 2 weeks before we must offer your space to another applicant.

We are excited to be expanding! For this event, we will be utilizing both neighboring venues on S 4th St. at once: the Louisville Palace & The Mercury Ballroom. Each have different unique features for attendees to enjoy during the Fair, and for you to consider. We want to offer specifications of each so you can choose which venue is right for you!
Review and make your selection when you check out. If a venue is sold out it will not appear as an option via PayPal any longer.

Please bear in mind that regardless of venue, we do ask that you provide your own table, drape & chairs.

The enchanting Palace has two floors, so you may be placed on either. As this is a historical building with a nontraditional layout, it can be tight and does require flexibility. This venue is ideal for those who are able to utilize the surface of their table without much excess floor space guaranteed for other types of displays. This venue will have more noise control, as we will be hosting guest speakers at The Mercury. Booths at the Palace are priced at $100.

The Mercury booths are 8' x 10'. You may create an L space with two 6' tables, or simply bring a single 8', and make use of floor space for your displays. Pricing of $125 will reflect the additional space granted. We do not recommend any tarot readers book a Mercury space as the stage will be occupied by guest speakers, and perhaps live music.
