Welcome to the 2023 - 2024 School Year!  Our PTA has many exciting activities planned and is looking forward to engaging with the community.  To ensure everyone's safety, the PTA requires that all participants have a signed waiver on file in order to participate in PTA-sponsored events.  

Please review the contents of the waiver, completing one form per child.  Reminder:  The waiver will remain in effect for the duration of the 2023/24 school year, so it only needs to be submitted once during this period.
