Please fill out this brief form with your information. Only the first section with key information is required at this time. The other sections can be filled out later to respect for your time as you are likely filling out forms for many other vendors. We offer video consultations to get to know you, your partner, and your vision better once whenever you are ready to do so to help ease the research stage of your wedding planning. 

After we receive this form, we will send our photography agreement to you for your review. Once you are ready, we will setup a video consolation to discuss you and your partner, your day, your photography needs, and anything else you'd like us to know to capture your story.
