Emerging Leaders Initiative Application
The Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) is a 5-day leadership development program designed for the next generation of leaders. ELI will bring together a deeper sense of God’s calling in your life, career interests for your future, and a focus on your growing leadership.

The initiative will be held in Dublin, PA on Monday, July 22 - Friday, July 26, 2024 from 8:45am to 4:00pm. One evening will include dinner and a group activity.

While we do not offer overnight lodging, we are happy to help you find other accommodations.

Students age 18-23 are welcome to apply. Those interested in participating must submit an application and include two (2) references. Finalists will be required to participate in a short, 10-minute phone interview.

Applications will be accepted until all spots are filled. Last year, ELI filled up quickly, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to be considered.

The cost for the week is $350. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $175 will be due to hold your place. The final payment of $175 will be due by July 15.
