RSVP to attend "Getting Started with National History Day in Rhode Island 2020"
On Monday, July 29th from 11AM-1PM we'll be hosting NHD teachers at the Rhode Island Historical Society's Robinson Research Center (121 Hope Street, Providence). At the event, we'll provide an overview of NHD, some information about NHD in Rhode Island for the upcoming year, and most importantly, teachers will have the opportunity to "shop topics." Our wonderful staff at the research center have put together an exciting collection of local, RI history topics that relate perfectly to the 2020 theme, "Breaking Barriers in History!" If you have any questions about the event, please email rhodeisland@nhd.org.

You are welcome to find street parking around the Robinson Research Center or park in the John Brown House Museum parking lot, located at the intersection of Benefit and Charlesfield Streets. It is about a 10 minute walk from the lot to the Research Center.
