Retail Store Accountant / Office Assistant Position

General Summary:
ACCOUNTING: To perform reconciliations for bank accounts and charge card accounts. To post day to day transactions, deposits, bill vendor invoices and post payments, monthly bills etc.
OTHER: To perform office admin tasks such as manage stores petty cash, prepare reports for owners, support store managers as needed.

Experience:
*Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
*Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
*Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
*Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
*Accounting software: 1 year (Preferred)
