PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
This online programme aims to equip students of 7-12 year olds with the necessary English language skills for them to understand the use of English in daily life, especially in verbal communication. The programme will also assist students who are transitioning from the vernacular education (Chinese/Malay/Tamil schools) into the Dual-Language-Programme (DLP) or international syllabus (IGCSE). The programme, fully in English, helps students to boost their English speaking skills so that they are able to master the language as well as the confidence that will help them to be articulate and stand out from the crowd.

PROGRAMME OUTCOME
At the end of this programme, students will:
• Have expanded vocabulary related to the topics suitable for their age & proficiency level
• Have gained competence in English language in the aspects of – Grammar, Listening and Speaking
• Have used the language to confidently discuss, speak and present in the virtual classroom setting
• Improve their speaking ability in English both in terms of fluency and comprehensibility
• Give oral presentations and receive feedback on their performance

• Interpersonal Skills: Interact with classmates through discussions or monitored debates
• Collaborative Skills: Teamwork and group work skills
• Discovery Learning Skills: Research and find information from relevant sources
• Language Skills: Listening and speaking in the target language (English language)
