Spinning Babies® Hawaii Retreat
Thank you for registering for the retreat!  I am excited to see you there.  The purpose of this survey is to get a sense of needs and preferences around lodging, Covid, transportation, etc.  Once you have bought your workshop ticket through Eventbrite and submitted this survey, I will email you the bill for the food/lodging portion of the retreat.  Please pay for food/lodging within one week of billing or your ticket may be cancelled.  **If you intend to share a room with someone, they must also purchase their workshop ticket/complete the survey before I can guarantee the room for you.**

Lodging: There are a limited number of spaces available, and a limited number of private rooms.  Some of the shared rooms have two beds and some only have one (a queen or king).  Rooms will be organized on a first come, first served basis.  Do you prefer a private room ($650) or shared room ($450)?  Prices include cost of food as well. *

Covid: A retreat setting offers an opportunity to gather and create connection with each other.  Doing this during a global pandemic is of course not without complication.  I am hoping that the negative test requirement will put people at ease.  The climate of Hawaii offers us some opportunity to gather outside, but we will also be using the beautiful indoor 30' cedar round room temple space.  How do you feel about masks on or off when inside, outside, close proximity during meals or hands on practice, etc.? *
Covid: Are you willing to share your vaccination status?  This will not be a vaccine mandated event, but we do sometimes end up with an all vaccinated group and that puts some folks at ease to know. *
Getting To & From The Retreat: **Note: The venue requests we carpool as much as possible to minimize impact on the land, and cars MUST have all wheel drive/4x4. I will be renting a shared taxi service and send out more details.**  Participants are responsible for the cost of their own transportation if not traveling with the group.  Would you like to share your contact info with others so you can carpool via rental car or taxi? (This does not mean you are committed to carpooling, just giving you access to other participants' email addresses.) *
