Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra Relaxation Class
Let me guide you through a gentle yoga practice to ease out stress and tension in the body.

We finish with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra meditation to restore body and mind at the start of the week.

You will leave the class relaxed and ready to embrace your week ahead with more kindness and self-compassion for yourself.

Please bring your own yoga mat, 1-2 blankets and some water.
