Exhibitor: Macon STEM Festival
Thank you for joining us as an exhibitor for the Macon STEM Festival, which will be held on March 21, 2020 from 10am-3pm at Central Georgia Technical College Titans Arena (1780 Anthony Road, Macon, Georgia). We are looking for a hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activity for families to engage in throughout the festival.  This one-day family event will attract 1,500 plus visitors that will show up at your station from the community and beyond.  We are excited that you would like to be a part.  Once you send in the exhibitors information, the goal is to ensure that you are in a prime category for engaging families. We are indeed planning for an exciting event!  A detailed schedule will be available soon.  Please share with your followers and tag the event @Macon STEM Festival and @realimpactinc.

Check-In & Set-Up
- Your location (inside or outside) will be assigned by Real IMPACT staff.
- Set up can begin no earlier than Friday, March 20th at 3:00pm. A staff member will be there from 3:00pm-
  8:00pm, if requested.
- Each exhibitor must be completely set up no later than 8:30am on March 21st. A staff member will arrive that
 morning at 7:00am. (There is no curb side access after 8:30am)
-All exhibitors must be set-up by 9:00am
-Unloading Zone on March 21st is open from 7:00am-9:00am
-We will provide all electricity needed, please ensure your bring required extension cords and surge protectors  
-You're welcome to bring your logo table cloths and standing banners (basic table cloths are provided)
-The strongest wifi is not available in the Titans area, please ensure that you have access to your own hotspot

Check-out & Break-down
-You are asked to not break down your area until 3:00pm
-Your location must be clean and in its original state by 4:00pm
-If you have an unusual mess, please seek Real IMPACT assistance (Don't leave unattended)
-All trash must be discarded in the proper containers
-Leave tables in their upright positions and chairs folded on top of table to indicate completion
-All stations must check-out with a Real IMPACT staff before leaving for the day
-No vehicles can come to the outside festival area (curb side) until guest have exited the area and you are
 notified by Real IMPACT staff
