This form is required to submit an ad to both the ACC Bulletin and website. As of January 1, 2023, ads are free to ACC MEMBERS. Please allow up to 7 day for ad to be published on the website.

Note: Please complete this form AFTER you have submitted all health test results to the ACC database. The website ad will include links to the sire and dam's profile pages on the database. . The database also allows you to add a photo, a note, and missing parent info. The ACC Data Group is happy to help you learn to add information to your dog's profile page on the website.
