We're seeking a savvy & passionate e-commerce marketing wizard who can help us take our business to the next level through directing our marketing & launches and through media buying.

🌟 This position is remote, but a huge bonus if in northern Washington so we can meet semi-regularly.
🌟 This position is full-time, but it's not a "clock in, clock out" kind of job. There's a ton of flexibility, as long as you can work on Pacific time.

As the head of marketing & media buying, you'll put together thorough plans for all our product launches, our email campaigns, and coordinate our other media buys (print, podcast, etc.). You'll come up with ways to ramp up our lead gen, increase our AOV and LTV. You'll be working closely with our founder/CEO as well as our content manager, warehouse manager, and COO to ensure all engines are running smoothly.
The perfect marketing director is passionate about e-commerce & the customer journey, is obsessed with data, and finds our products and audience exciting!
Requirements:
● At least 3 years experience in media buying & e-commerce
● Has worked with a high 6-figure or 7-figure brand before
● Experience with a minimum of 30-50k per month in ad spend for one company (not
combined with other companies)
● Ability to execute frequent product launches that may overlap each other
● Ability to demonstrate experience with TOF/MOF/BOF strategy & customer journey
● Copywriting skills
● Proficiency with SEO, analytics, split-testing, etc.
● Extensive experience with ECRM software, including using SMS
● Proficient in media buying & data analysis.
● Experience running an e-commerce business using Shopify
● Experience managing a team and leading the creative direction
