By filling out this form and commissioning me for artwork you agree to the following terms:

1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including but not limited to personal discomfort with the subject material.
2. The following material I am happy to draw and encourage you to ask for!
    > SFW character art.
    > Diverse body types!
    > LGBTQIA+
       > Trans characters are especially encouraged!
    > Pinups/cheesecake/softcore NSFW.
    > Consensual Hardcore NSFW.
    > Tentacles and other forms of teratophilia.
    > Most kinks are fine! Check my no-go list below to be sure.
3. The following material I absolutely will not draw:
    > NSFW content of any kind featuring underage characters, or characters appearing underage.
    > Noncon or Dubcon.
    > Watersports.
    > Scat.
    > Vore.
    > F*tanari. (i.e. mixed genitalia/fetishized intersex. Trans characters etc. are perfectly fine and in fact encouraged!)
4. All illustrations will be 11" x 17", 300 DPI. (That's 3300 x 5100 px.)
5. If I accept your request, I will send you an invoice. All commissions must be paid in full, in advance.
6. Illustration will begin within 3 weeks of payment, depending on my backlog, and include regular check-ins and WIPS.

I am committed to ensuring you enjoy your illustration! As such, all commissions include room for revisions:

1. Rough sketches allow for 1 round of minor corrections upon receipt (e.g. if I forgot a detail or made a mistake relative to your prompt.)
2. All other illustrations come with 1 round of major revisions during the sketch phase. If you'd like a different pose, etc, this is where we work this out. Once the sketch is approved, 1 further round of minor corrections (e.g. color adjustments, missing minor details, etc.) is permitted to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.
3. Any further rounds of revision will be $35 ea.
4. If you are truly dissatisfied even after my attempts at revision, I will refund 50% of your total purchase, which allows me to be paid for my time and you to regain some of your investment. You will *not* receive HR or working files.
