Virtual Auction Item Donation: Texas Rural Water PAC
The Texas Rural Water Political Action Committee is an individual-supported PAC dedicated to supporting those at the state and federal level who champion the issues that matter to rural water in Texas. By contributing to the Texas Rural Water PAC, you can affect the political process by ensuring that Texas rural water is fairly and effectively represented.

We will be hosting an online auction throughout the Virtual Training and Technical Conference to support Texas Rural Water PAC! Complete this form to submit your in-kind donations for the auction.

We encourage members to donate unique and locally-sourced items for the auction. It is important to note that if the donated item is given by a district or a corporation, the item’s winning bid must be at least three times the cost of the item for proceeds to benefit the PAC according to law.

If you would like to donate an item, please complete this form and email photo(s) which will be displayed online for bidding to editor@trwa.org. TRWA will contact donors following the close of the virtual auction to arrange shipping details.

In-Kind Contribution
Federal law requires us to use the best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $200 in a calendar year and of all corporate in-kind contributions made to solicit contributions to the PAC.

Your form submission acknowledges the following:

• I was informed of my right to contribute without reprisal. My contribution is not made under any actual or threatened physical force, the threat of job discrimination or financial reprisal, or as any condition of employment.

• I was informed of eligibility requirements to be a Texas Rural Water PAC contributor. I understand that only executive, professional and managerial employees who are either U.S. citizens or non-citizens admitted to permanent residency may contribute to the Texas Rural Water PAC. I meet these requirements.

• I was informed of the political purpose of the Texas Rural Water PAC.

• I understand that any contribution guidelines are merely suggestions.

• I understand that I am free to contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest, and the association will not favor or disadvantage me by reason of the amount of the contribution or the decision not to contribute. The association or the Texas Rural Water PAC may not enforce any guidelines for contribution.
