Please complete the Parent Information Section, and up to 5 Student Release sections before driving to the school. Completing this now will allow us to get your children ahead of time while you drive here.
         If you are picking up students from other families, they will need to have permission verified, either by phone or within our student information system.  
         PLEASE BRING A VALID PHOTO ID WITH YOU IN ORDER FOR US TO RELEASE YOUR CHILD.  THANK YOU!
