Naloxone (Narcan) stops and reverses opioid overdoses. Narcan rescue kits are now available by mail from Lorain County Public Health (LCPH). If you are a business owner and would like to have a Narcan rescue kit on hand for your employees or clients, please fill out this form to become a Narcan rescue kit service entity.

LCPH will mail you a Narcan rescue kit 1-3 business days after you submit this form. Questions on this form are adapted from Harm Reduction Ohio. Project DAWN, Naloxone distribution program, is funded by a grant from the Ohio Department of Health.

LCPH can only provide Narcan rescue kits to businesses in Lorain County. If you would like to have Narcan rescue kits in your non-Lorain County business, contact your local health department.
